Resolved Question: I was denied my vote- Should I act?

I live in Newport, Ky. When I went to vote Tuesday I was denied. I had a utility bill, a recent paycheck (big local CO. at Corp office), and two credit cards. My name was on the list and my address matched the paycheck. I even explained that I walked there and I would have to walk back and might be late for work. They said they need picture Id only. I went 1/2 way home and realized I had my Id from work. I returned and the same man gave it a long hard look. I offered the paycheck to match it and he finally accepted (he let me vote without the paycheck too). He keep telling me sorry and acted very shocked I was legit once he saw the proof. The place was very empty. Ran out of a eldery home and all the 6 people in the room heard every word of this. Isn't this wrong? Shouldn't I report this. The election board says a credit card is enough! Wow! Alot of people responded quick! - Thanks I had to walk 1/2 way back home which was far and I was about to cry thinking I was going to get in trouble at work or wouldn't be able to vote etc I have a medical problem that made it hard for me to walk there and although those people didn't know that part of it was a rough experience honestly - it's a question is all the election board here says a credit card is enough and I offered that many times so to say I am trying to be above any rules is ridiculas!!...
