Resolved Question: Places to go Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio to go for fun?

My husband and I are taking a mini "staycation" from work since we dont really have the money to take a full on vacation. We live in Ohio but would go anywhere from Lexington, Louisville KY to Indianapolis to somewhere in Ohio? Not sure - - just any suggestions about some fun things we could do for our time off that's close to home: Newport on the Levee Aquarium, Cincinnati Museum, Keeneland in Lexington, Science Museum in Lousiville... any other suggestions?...
