NEWPORT, Ky. (AP) - The Newport police chief says one of his officers is likely to be suspended after being charged with driving under the influence in his police cruiser.  Chief Robbie Hall says 42-year-old Officer Gregory Simmons was arrested Thursday in Richmond, where he was attending a week-long annual training.
